Youth with a Mission is a international movement formed by Christians from different denominations serving Jesus all around the world. 

VISION

To disciple nations in the different spheres of society with a biblical worldview through multicultural teams, that are bridges from Cartagena to the end
of the earth.

MISION 

To Train people to make and multiply disciples through:

-Pastoring and Mentoring
- Various Schools, Seminars and Workshops.
-Practical Experiences that give them tools for comprehensive work.
-Mobilize and plant multicultural teams, short and long term, in different nations.
-Impact and transform the different spheres of society with a biblical worldview.

What we do
Ywam works in three basic areas: Evangelism, Discipleship and Mercy

Evangelism and frontier missions
YWAM uses different creative tools (art, video, music, and sports) to present the Gospel of Christ in a way effective for that audience; whether children, adolescents, refugees or unreached people groups so that they can understand. Youth with a Mission has started new churches in places that never have heard the gospel.

Showing the mercy of God
In Ywam, we help some of the fiscal  and emotional needs of the 2 million people in need annually. We take care of street children in South America, engage in the restoration of Drug addicts in North america and in East Europe.
As well we work with refugees and Women in need in Asia and Africa. We work to establish sponsor plans to support underprivileged children or by building clinics to help support in the area of health. These are some of the ways that we are extending the Kingdom of God by being the hands of Jesus

Education and training
Through our training programs, our goal is to equip christians that they can grow in their relation with God and to serve others in any area. Whether that is agriculture, medicine, business or biblical counseling. 

The basic level to enter YWAM is the DTS (Discipleship Training School). Over 10,000 people every year go and do the their DTS during 6 months. This is a intensive time of growth in more of the character of Christ and service to Him in the world.
